When you're involved in a long voice chat - whether it's on your MySpace page or on a WoW quest - you don't want to worry about background noise (or heavy breathing!) hurting the quality of the chat for everyone else.

So, we developed a simple Push-to-talk tool that can be used with Talkr. It's a small downloadable tool that lets you toggle your microphone on and off so you're only broadcasting when you want to be broadcasting.

NOTE : This tool doesn't actually mute your microphone, it simply turns the volume down as low as it can go... so if you have some other setting turned up insanely high, its possible that a low level of voice could still get through... our goal was to let you minimize ambient noise over your mic, while intertfering with your PC as little as possible.
